Send Bulk Email to Resume Users
| Our classified job ad software
includes a resume manager that collects information on
individuals submitting resumes. This allows you to stay
in contact with applicants, you can also use the system
to send out bulk emails to applicants, allowing you to
let everyone know about job opportunities and other options. |

Step 1: Create Email
From the main admin screen, select Manage Resumes. Click Send Mass Email to Resume Users to access the bulk email screen. Enter a subject for the email, and then type out the Email addresses for the from field, the reply to field, and the reply path. Select which resume users to send the email to by selecting an interest group. To send to everyone, select All. Enter the text version of the email.

Step 2a: Create an HTML email with the built in templates
If you wish to attach an HTML email, select Built HTML Email at the top of the page. Select one of the templates to edit, and the page you wish to edit.You can then use our what you see is what you get email editor to alter the email to your needs. Return to the bulk email page and select the email you edited. Click send to email the bulk email.

Step 3: Attach an external HTML email
Alternately, you can attach an HTML email file you have uploaded elsewhere. Simply make sure all the pictures in the email are linked directly, not relatively, and then include the link to the email file in the bulk email manager. Click send to email the bulk email.
