Configuring Employer Signup Form
| Our Recruiting Software manager solution has the capability to make you an intermediary between job seekers and employers. With the employer module, you can allow employers to post jobs, find applicants, and you can control what information they have access to with specific permissions controls. The employer system even allows you to set up a page where employers can sign up for an account. The instructions for setting this up are bellow. |
|
Step 1: Activate the Employer Sign Up Page
From the main administrative page, select manage employers. From there, click Employer Sign Up Link. This will take you to the page where you can configure your sign up page. From here, you should select whether the page will be turned on, and whether a link to it will appear at the top of the front end. Also select whether new employers must be approved before they are added to the software.
|
Step 2: Configure Access
Set what category employers can add jobs to, and set what categories they can edit jobs within after they have been created. Select what fields the user has access to when viewing a resume. Set resumes that will be sent to them automatically from tracking categories, and select which tracking categories they can access. Finally, set the number of job listings they can add, leave the field blank for unlimited.
|
Step 3: Finish configuring the employer
Select whether the employer has a resume tracking section,
and whether they can view attachments to resumes. Set
whether the employer can view comments on a resume and
see its status. Select whether the employer can change
their password once it is set. Choose whether you will
have to approve jobs and resumes added by this employer,
and set whether they can send the administrator files.
Set whether the employer can see contacts associated
with resumes, and resumes associated with jobs, and
whether the employer can see the jobs a resume has been
sent to. Click Update Employer Options and the system
will be ready to accept signups from new employers.
