Uploading Employer Documents

Our Recruiting Software manager solution includes a built in document management system. This is useful for keeping track of resumes and cover letters, but it can also be used to send files between the administrator and employers. The administrator also has the ability to keep track of, delete, and organize the documents that are sent to specific employers.

Step 1: Upload Files

From the main administrative page, select manage employers. From there, click Upload Documents for Employers. The page you are taken to allows you to choose which employers to upload files to. Next, browse in the files you wish to upload, there is a limit of 5 for each time you upload, but the system does not limit the documents you can store for each employer.


Step 2: Organize Documents

From the Approve Employer Resume/Jobs page, you can also click the Sort Upload Documents link. Select an employer who's documents you wish to organize. From this page you can reorder the list of files and delete files.
