Using the Employer Management Module

The optional Employer Management Module allows owners of the recruiter software to setup accounts for employers, giving them the ability to recruit for other businesses. The options included in this module are setup so that the admin can earn commission for succesfully recruiting new employees.

Step 1: Add a new employer

Select Manage Employers from the main admin page. You may want to start by customizing the forms used by the employer to ensure you are collecting all the data you need. Next add a new employer.

Step 2: Create an employer

Enter the information for your new employer. You have the option of limiting the employer to only adding jobs to certain job categories and only searching within certain job categories.

Step 3: Setup their permissions

The software allows you to limit what the employer can access, giving you the ability to charge for succesful recruiting. You can limit what fields the employer can see, this ensures you will be able to control contact information, and you can also limit whether they can view applicants resumes.

Once you save the new employer will be created
