Customize User Interface

In this section of the hr manager software you can completely customize the look and feel of your recruiter one component at a time. You can customize the more general template settings, and you can customize the content of each individual page, listed below.

More advanced users can customize the header and footer of each page using your own HTML that you create.

Field	Description
Header HTML:	Here you enter the HTML formatting you want to apply to the top of the page
Footer HTML:	Here you enter the HTML formatting you want to apply to the bottom of the page.

You can also customize the template components of each page, such as the logos and navigation bar links.

Field	Description
Layout Options:	You can either view the page with examples of the old graphics (template), or without (Browse in my own graphics)
Top table color for home page	Here you can change the color of the top table on the home page of the user site.
Bottom table color for home page	Here you can change the color of the top table on the home page of the user site.
Text for main area:	Here you can edit the style and text of the main area
Picture Options:	You can browse in a new picture, reset it, and edit alignment
Link Color	This is the color of the link
Link Text to Show User	This is the text that will appear in the place of the link
Link URL	This is the URL the link directs to

You can customize the sub-navigation bar by editing the colors and text of each button and by uploading your own image for the side bar.

Field	Description
Button Text:	This is the text of the button.
Display the Button to the user:	This allows you to remove certain options from users.
Default Page	This allows you to set which page is the default home page for the user.

From this section you can edit the Job Notification e-mail that will go out to users who sign up to be notified of the addition of certain job openings.

When editing the individual pages, you can edit the header and footer HTML for each using the built-in HTML editor which allows you to add tables, links, images, etc.
