Manage Resumes

From the Manage Resumes section of the hr software solution, you can search for resumes, forward resumes to others, and send out mass e-mail to users.

Field

Description

Keyword Search:

You can search based on words that appear within the other fields

Skills:

You can search based on what skills the resume has associated with it

Tracking Category:

You can also search based on what tracking category resumes are associated with

Status:

You can search resumes based on their status

Search resumes between to and from date

This allows you to search resumes based on when they were added

First Name:

You can search based on the first name of the user

Last Name:

You can search based on the last name of the user

Address Fields:

You can search based on the user's address

Phone:

You can search based on the user's phone number

Email:

You can search based on the user's email address

Users who have selected this option will receive any mass e-mails you send. You can send plaintext, and you can send HTML e-mail with one of the provided templates or by entering the URL of an HTML page. You can also use the shortcuts shown below to personalize the e-mail for each recipient.

This will appear as the subject of the email

From:

This displays who the email is from

Return-Path

This is the email address bounced emails will return to

Reply-to

This is the email address replies go to

Tracking Category

You can send the campaign to any and all tracking categories for resumes

Text Email Body:

This is the plain-text version of the email

HTML Email Options

You can Select a template email to send or you can select an HTML file you have hosted online to send as the email

When searching for a resume, you will see a list of resumes that match your search here, along with their status, skills, and options to send and delete them.

When sending a resume to someone else, you can enter in the recipients' e-mail addresses manually or select them from a list if they are in your contact manager. You can also create pre-defined messages for the body of the e-mail.

From:

This displays who the email is from

To:

These are email addresses you wish to address the email to.

To (Add New Contact):

This is where you can select contacts you already have in your list to send the email to

To Employer

This allows you to send the email to any of your employers as well

CC:

These are the email addresses which will be sent copies of this email

Subject:

This is what will appear in the subject field of the email.

Attachment 1:

You can attach files to the email

Pre-defined Response:

You can select from a list of already existing form emails you wish to send

Body:

This is the text of the Email
